Job summary

Kittle Property Group, Inc. is seeking a maintenance professional to care for our properties, deliver customer service, and present the company professionally at all times.

You will manage daily maintenance tasks, assist with unit turns, and support residents and operations with a strong focus on safety and quality. Responsibilities include budget monitoring, grounds upkeep, and coordinating with contractors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of maintenance experience.
• HVAC/EPA certification preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and speak basic English and interpret instructions.
• Basic math skills (add/subtract/multiply/divide).
• Ability to follow written or oral instructions with basic problem solving.
• Basic MS Outlook and MS Word skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor maintenance expenses and keep below budget.
• Inspect community grounds every morning.
• Perform turn and maintenance of vacant units.
• Complete maintenance requests promptly.
• Prepare units for occupancy.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks.
• Maintain landscaping and snow removal.
• Keep records of maintenance and tools.
• Supervise contractors on site.
• Provide after-hours resident support.
• Maintain common area cleanliness.
