Job summary

Abode Communities in Hart Village, Canoga Park, CA, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join a team responsible for keeping the property in excellent condition and handling resident service requests promptly.

Responsibilities include plastering, painting, basic plumbing and carpentry, coordinating with the Community Manager, coordinating vendors, and responding to after-hours emergencies as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years general maintenance experience.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor property maintenance and repairs as assigned by the Community Manager.
• Coordinate and monitor progress of vendors or outside contractors.
• Assist in preparing supplies orders and respond to after-hours maintenance emergencies.
