Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide routine maintenance and repairs in apartment homes and common areas based on work orders.
• Complete unit turns (make-readies) including painting, cleaning, and repairs.
• Perform preventive maintenance such as HVAC checks and safety inspections.
• Maintain community grounds, buildings, and facilities; report hazards or supply needs.
• Assist with irrigation, pool maintenance if applicable, and on-call duties as required.
