Qualifications

• Experience supporting maintenance ops in multifamily property management.
• Knowledge of work orders, turnovers, vendor coordination, and building maintenance.
• Strong verbal and written communication, organization, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Support Property Managers with daily maintenance operations.
• Coordinate schedules and assignments for Maintenance Technicians.
• Manage work orders, purchase orders, and maintenance tracking in AppFolio.
• Serve as a primary contact for residents, vendors, and contractors.
• Coordinate vendor access and maintenance appointments.
• Track technician labor hours and maintenance reporting.
• Order supplies and assist with inventory management.
• Support maintenance projects, budgeting, and operational reporting.
• Occasionally visit properties to assist with maintenance-related needs.
