Qualifications

• Previous maintenance management or supervisory experience in a multi-family community.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with maintenance management software is a plus.

• Assist with maintaining the overall appearance of the property, including common areas, grounds, and snow removal as needed.
