IMM - Investors Management & Marketing is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to oversee daily upkeep of an apartment community and ensure safe, efficient operations.

You will perform preventive maintenance, conduct inspections, manage work orders, and support residents and staff. The role requires organizing skills, MS Office proficiency, and the ability to follow directions and learn quickly.

Formación

• Ability to organize and manage time effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and PM software.
• Able to take direction and learn quickly.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily maintenance of the apartment community.
• Maintain all building equipment and systems.
• Handle resident service calls promptly and professionally.
• Conduct daily inspections of property and equipment; perform preventive maintenance.
• Report maintenance needs to the Property Manager and update work orders.
• Maintain inventory of parts and supplies and coordinate with vendors.
