Job summary

Asset Living is seeking an Assistant Community Manager in Seattle to oversee daily operations and financial functions of a housing community under the Community Manager. Responsibilities include rent collection, financial reporting, leasing, maintenance oversight and risk management while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing guidelines and safety standards.

Ideal candidate has a High School Diploma (Bachelor's preferred), 2 years in housing or related experience, basic computer skills and

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent, two years in housing or related experience, basic computer skills.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing laws and OSHA requirements.
• Experience in rent collection, financial reporting and leasing.
• Ability to supervise onsite staff and ensure compliance with policies.

Responsibilities

• Post payments and income accurately and promptly.
• Reconcile daily accounts receivable and monitor bad debt.
• Oversee leasing activities and document leases.
• Deliver excellent customer service and manage maintenance responses.
