Job summary

Birge & Held's Signature at Carmel in Carmel, IN seeks an Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across multiple apartment communities, lead the on-site Customer Experience Team, and maximize property value through operational excellence.

Responsibilities include budgeting, supervising maintenance, coordinating with centralized teams, and ensuring a superior resident experience while maintaining compliance with housing laws and company policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of management experience leading a team.
• Two (2) years of customer service experience in multi-family or hospitality preferred.
• Experience in property financial analysis and reading financial reports.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple communities to meet KPIs and budgets.
• Lead on-site Customer Experience Team to deliver high-quality resident interactions.
• Coordinate repairs and upgrades to maintain property value and curb appeal.
• Monitor compliance with housing laws and company policies; prepare reports.
