Edward Rose & Sons invites a seasoned Senior Community Manager to lead operations at the Carmel community. You will drive resident satisfaction, oversee finances, maintenance, and team performance, while ensuring compliance and safe, harmonious living.

You’ll collaborate with departments to optimize occupancy, revenue, and retention, and you’ll mentor staff to deliver exceptional service. Join a century‑long family business committed to growth, development, and an outstanding workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in multi-use property management preferred.
• Experience using Yardi Voyager or other property management software.
• Previous management experience required.
• Excellent customer service, organization and time management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license (where required by location).
• NALP and CAM certifications are beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the community.
• Manage budgets, revenues, and financial reporting.
• Lead recruiting, hiring, onboarding and training.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, including fair housing.
• Foster resident relations and high-quality service.
• Coordinate maintenance and vendor activities.
• Collaborate with marketing on advertising and events.
• Maintain HOA governance awareness and reporting.
