Job summary

Birge & Held is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across multiple multifamily communities. You will lead the on-site Customer Experience Team, drive resident satisfaction, and collaborate with centralized and on-site teams to maximize property value through operational excellence.

The role requires at least 3 years of management experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with property management software.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of management experience.
• 2 years of customer service in multifamily or hospitality preferred.
• Experience with property financial analysis and reading financial reports.
• Proficiency in property management software (Onesite, Yardi) and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple multifamily communities.
• Lead on-site Customer Experience Team and drive resident satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Marketing for occupancy and revenue goals.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts with Resident Screening, Renewals, and AR teams.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and other regulations.
• Prepare regular reports on property performance and operations.
