Job summary

Birge & Held is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across multiple multifamily communities in Colorado Springs. The role includes managing the on-site Customer Experience Team and collaborating with a centralized team to maximize property value through operational excellence.

You will monitor KPIs, drive occupancy, and ensure exceptional resident experiences. A minimum of 3 years in management and 2 years in customer service in multifamily or hospitality are

Qualifications

• Demonstrated passion for customer service.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• A minimum of three (3) years of management experience leading a team.
• A minimum of two (2) years of customer service experience in multi-family or hospitality industry preferred.
• Proficiency in property management software (Onesite, Yardi) and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple multifamily communities, ensuring efficiency and curb appeal.
• Lead on-site Customer Experience Team to deliver high-quality resident interactions.
• Collaborate with Marketing to support occupancy and revenue goals.
• Coordinate with central operations for screening, renewals, and billing processes.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, and other relevant laws.
