Job summary

Birge & Held is hiring an Operations Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple multifamily communities in Colorado. You will lead the on-site Customer Experience Team, optimize leasing performance, and work with centralized teams to maximize property value through operational excellence.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of management and 2+ years in customer service within multifamily or hospitality, plus proficiency in property management software and CRM tools.

Qualifications

• A minimum of three (3) years of management experience leading a team.
• A minimum of two (2) years of customer service experience in multi-family or hospitality.
• Experience reading and understanding financial reports.
• Proficiency in property management software (Onesite, Yardi) and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple multifamily communities.
• Lead on-site Customer Experience Team to deliver quality interactions.
• Collaborate with Marketing for leasing and occupancy goals.
• Monitor budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, and other regulations.
• Prepare and present property performance reports to senior management.
