Job summary

Birge & Held is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across multiple Bloomington multifamily communities. The role leads the on-site Customer Experience Team, drives resident satisfaction, and collaborates with centralized teams to maximize property value through excellent operational execution.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of management experience, 2 years in customer service in multifamily or hospitality, and strong proficiency with property management

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of management experience leading a team.
• Two (2) years of customer service experience in multi-family or hospitality preferred.
• Proficiency with property management software (OneSite, Yardi) and MS Office; CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple apartment communities.
• Lead on-site Customer Experience Team and ensure high resident satisfaction.
• Collaborate with central operations, marketing, and maintenance teams to achieve KPIs.
• Monitor budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness while maintaining quality.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
