Qualifications

• 2-3 years of apartment repair experience including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and basic HVAC work.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
• EPA and HVAC certifications required or willingness to obtain.
• OSHA safety knowledge is needed.
• Customer service mindset focused on resident experience.
• Flex schedule availability and on-call readiness.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsabilités

• Respond to resident service requests in a timely, respectful, and professional manner.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot maintenance issues including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance, and carpentry repairs.
• Perform repairs and replacements to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
• Communicate with residents about progress and estimated completion times.
• Assist in make-ready process for vacant apartments to ensure readiness for new residents.
• Assist in maintaining the appearance of the community, including grounds and common areas.
• Participate in the on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.
