Job summary

Mill Creek Residential Trust LLC is seeking a Service Technician Level II for our Miami location. In this role, you will maintain the physical condition of the community, perform repairs, and ensure safety standards. Responding to resident requests and providing excellent customer service are key components of this position.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of maintenance experience, preferably in a multi-family setting, and a high school diploma or GED. We offer competitive compensation, benefits, and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years’ experience performing maintenance duties.
• Multi-Family maintenance experience helpful.
• HVAC and CPO certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform general duties, preventative maintenance, and repairs.
• Inspect apartments, document renovations, and re-inspect completed units.
• Restore apartments to 'make ready' status.
• Respond to resident requests timely and deliver excellent service.
• Ensure compliance with all Federal, State, and local laws.
