Job summary

Mill Creek Residential is seeking a Service Technician Level II dedicated to maintaining the physical condition and appearance of our residential communities in Austin, TX.

You will identify problems, complete service requests, and perform repairs to ensure timely make-ready units and high standards of safety and resident satisfaction. The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and compliance with all regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-3 years of maintenance experience preferred, in multifamily settings.
• HVAC and CPO certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in organizing general maintenance duties and repairs per safety standards.
• Inspect vacated apartments, document renovations, and re-inspect units for quality.
• Restore apartments to make-ready status and respond to issues.
• Respond to repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, etc.
• Inspect grounds and buildings to ensure safety and identify projects.
• Respond to resident requests with timely, courteous service.
• Promote safe work practices among on-site team.
• Ensure compliance with laws and Fair Housing regulations.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
