Job summary

Bradley Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to uphold high standards of care and responsiveness across our multifamily properties. You will handle service requests, perform skilled repairs, and prepare units for turnover while coordinating with property managers and residents.

The role covers a range of tasks from safety compliance to preventative maintenance, with on-call rotation and a focus on lease performance and resident satisfaction. Valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in multifamily or residential property management preferred.
• EPA Section 608 HVAC Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete all assigned maintenance service requests and turnover work orders efficiently and professionally.
• Perform a wide range of repairs including plumbing, electrical, HVAC troubleshooting, appliance repairs, carpentry, and general maintenance tasks.
• Conduct move-in/move-out inspections, ensuring units are prepared to property standards.
• Identify maintenance issues, determine necessary repairs, and complete work using proper tools and techniques.
• Maintain work areas in a clean and organized condition, ensuring job sites are left tidy after each task.
• Support preventative maintenance efforts for mechanical systems and equipment.
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to respond to after-hours emergency maintenance needs.
• Monitor property grounds for safety hazards, code violations, and general upkeep including landscaping, snow removal, and curb appeal tasks.
