Job summary

Bradley Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to deliver prompt maintenance across our multifamily portfolio in Indiana. You’ll address service requests, perform skilled repairs, and prepare units for turnover, while collaborating with property managers and residents to ensure a high-quality living experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years hands-on maintenance experience in multifamily or residential property management preferred.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required.
• EPA Section 608 HVAC Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance service requests and turnover work orders efficiently and professionally.
• Perform repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, carpentry and general maintenance tasks.
• Conduct move-in/move-out inspections to meet property standards.
• Identify issues, determine repairs, and complete work with proper tools and safety.
• Keep work areas clean and organized; tidy after tasks.
• Support preventative maintenance and participate in on-call rotations for after-hours needs.
