The Bradley Company seeks a Maintenance Technician to deliver prompt service across our multifamily portfolio in Milford, IN. You will perform repairs, prepare turnover units, and maintain safety and curb appeal under the guidance of the Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager.

You will handle plumbing, electrical, HVAC troubleshooting, carpentry, and general tasks, while documenting work orders, coordinating with managers, and supporting preventative maintenance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in multifamily or residential properties.
• EPA 608 HVAC certification is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Complete maintenance requests and turnover work orders efficiently.
• Perform repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general maintenance tasks.
• Inspect move-in/move-out units to ensure they meet property standards.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas and document activities.
• Participate in on-call rotations and safety/compliance activities.
