Job summary

Bradley Company is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to service our multifamily residential properties in Kendallville and Churubusco, IN. You will perform a variety of maintenance tasks, from routine repairs to turnover preparation, while ensuring high standards of care and resident satisfaction.

You will work closely with property managers and residents, follow OSHA safety protocols, and contribute to a positive living environment across designated properties.

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance experience in multifamily or residential properties is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of residential building systems and preventive maintenance.
• Proficient in diagnosing HVAC, plumbing, appliance, and electrical issues.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manuals.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance service requests and turnover work orders efficiently.
• Perform a wide range of repairs including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry.
• Conduct move-in/move-out inspections to property standards.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and assist with safety compliance.
• Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours maintenance needs.
