Job summary

Bradley Company in Indiana seeks a Maintenance Technician to support multi-family properties by performing plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs. You’ll prepare vacant units for turnover and uphold safety, curb appeal, and resident satisfaction across our residential portfolio.

Work closely with property managers and residents, conduct move-in/move-out inspections, and participate in on-call coverage. A valid driver’s license and 2+ years of hands-on maintenance are preferred.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
2+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in multifamily or residential property management preferred.
Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required.
EPA Section 608 HVAC Certification preferred.
Technical knowledge of residential building systems and preventative maintenance.

Responsibilities

Perform maintenance service requests and turnover work orders efficiently and professionally.
Repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, carpentry, and general tasks.
Conduct move-in/move-out inspections to property standards.
Maintain tidy work areas and support preventative maintenance efforts.
Participate in rotating on-call schedule for after-hours emergencies.
Ensure safety and compliance with OSHA and company protocols.
