Bradley Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to deliver prompt, professional maintenance across our multifamily properties in Indiana. You will handle service requests, perform skilled repairs, prep units for turnover, and uphold safety and appearance standards.

Travel across Indianapolis, Fort Wayne, and nearby areas may be required. The role emphasizes collaboration with property managers and residents to ensure a positive living experience, timely task completion, and a safe community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in multifamily or residential property management preferred.
• EPA HVAC certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Complete all assigned maintenance service requests and turnover work orders.
• Perform repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, carpentry, and general maintenance tasks.
• Conduct move-in/move-out inspections to property standards.
• Identify issues, determine repairs, and complete work using proper tools and techniques.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and safe job sites.
