Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• EPA 608 Type II and CPO or local city certificate required.
• 1+ year of related maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare make-ready apartments including painting, carpet repairs, cleaning and general upkeep.
• Respond to resident requests promptly and professionally.
• Perform maintenance across plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, painting; snow removal where applicable.
• Maintain grounds, pools, common areas and dog park amenities.
• Occasionally on-call for after-hours emergencies.
• Report maintenance concerns to the supervisor and perform scheduled tasks.
• Uphold safety procedures and report issues timely.
