You will handle preventive maintenance, assist in making units rent-ready, and coordinate with teams to ensure safety and cleanliness. HVAC certification is preferred, and a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in multifamily or hotel maintenance within the last 10 years.
• Experience providing great customer service to residents or customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist in getting units rent ready.
• Paint and clean to ensure timely unit turnover.
• Maintain grounds and dumpster areas to uphold curb appeal.
