Job summary

Thrive Communities is seeking a maintenance professional in Seattle to perform unit turns, repairs, and preventative maintenance across properties. You will work with leasing staff to ensure smooth operations and meet resident expectations for service.

The role requires 3+ years in maintenance, 2+ years in multifamily property management preferred, and the ability to work evenings or weekends as needed. A valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Performs maintenance tasks such as unit turns and work orders.
• Partners with leasing staff and managers to ensure seamless communication.
• Schedules and performs routine preventative maintenance on equipment and tools.
• Participates in safety meetings and abides by OSHA/SDS safety requirements.
• Diagnoses and performs minor repairs, maintains grounds and appearance.
• Inspects and coordinates make-ready repairs; emergency on-call as needed.
• Exceeds residents' expectations for customer service.
