Job summary

American Property Management is seeking a maintenance professional to support the Kinect at Burien, a 230‑unit mid‑rise community opened in 2023. The role requires on‑site presence, good organization, and the ability to turn units quickly while keeping outdoor areas tidy and safe.

You will perform cleaning, painting, basic repairs, and equipment service, with a focus on reliability, safety, and quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in multifamily or hotel maintenance required within the last 10 years.
• Must be well-versed in the unit turn process from start to finish.
• Proficient in effective communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist in getting units “rent ready” and maintain grounds, storage, dumpsters daily.
• Paint and clean as needed to ensure timely unit turnover.
• Ensure lawns are mowed and entryways are clean and debris-free.
• Maintain and service equipment for safe operations.
