RADCO Investments, L.L.C. in Norcross, GA is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Norcross Crossings. The role covers routine and emergency maintenance, HVAC troubleshooting, and everyday repairs to keep the property safe and well-maintained.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of multifamily maintenance, HVAC/EPA Type I/II or Universal certification, and a proactive work ethic. On-call shifts and strong benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of maintenance experience, preferably in multifamily
• HVAC/EPA Type I and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling is required
• CPO certification is preferred
• Knowledge of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance skills
• Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
• Willingness to work nights, holidays, and weekends for on-call service

Responsibilities

• Ensure property is well kept and safety concerns are addressed promptly
• Schedule and perform routine preventive maintenance on equipment
• Diagnose and perform minor maintenance and HVAC troubleshooting
• Assist in moving appliances and manage storage as needed
• Complete service requests within 24 hours or as required
• Respond to on-call emergencies with prompt on-site arrival
