RADCO is seeking a Maintenance Technician for The Aviator in Atlanta, GA. The role requires hands-on maintenance across trades, with on‑call responsibilities and a focus on safety and quality. Candidates should bring 1–3 years of multifamily maintenance experience and EPA/HVAC certifications.

Formación

• 1–3 years of maintenance experience, preferably in multi‑family housing.
• HVAC/EPA Type I & II or Universal refrigerant handling certification.
• CPO certification preferred.
• Knowledge of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs.
• Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Must be available to work nights, holidays, and weekends for on‑call service requests.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws, OSHA, and EPA regulations.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure the property is well kept and address safety concerns.
• Schedule and perform routine preventive maintenance on all equipment.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, and pool maintenance if applicable.
• Move appliances and equipment as needed and assist in moving items.
• Complete service requests within 24 hours.
• Respond to on‑call emergencies with prompt arrival and on‑call bonuses.
• Communicate clearly with residents, prospects, and visitors.
• Demonstrate RADCO’s Caring values in interactions.
• Perform any reasonable task to support company objectives.
