RADCO Investments, L.L.C. seeks a Maintenance Technician for our Gibson by Radius property in Atlanta, GA. The role requires 1–3 years of maintenance experience and EPA HVAC certifications.

The team emphasizes safety, quality, and resident satisfaction while offering on-call incentives and a strong benefits package. You will perform preventive maintenance, HVAC troubleshooting, routine repairs, and assist with moving items around the property.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of maintenance experience, preferably in multi-family
• HVAC/EPA Type I and II or Universal refrigerant recycling certification is required
• CPO certification is preferred
• Strong knowledge of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, appliance repairs, roofing repairs, and other general maintenance skills
• Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented and proud of quality work; able to work nights, holidays, and weekends on call

Responsabilités

• Ensure property is well kept and address safety concerns
• Schedule and perform preventive maintenance on equipment as directed
• Diagnose and perform routine maintenance and HVAC troubleshooting
• Assist in moving appliances and equipment as needed
• Complete service requests within 24 hours
• Respond to on-call emergencies with bonus incentives
• Communicate with residents, vendors, and coworkers professionally
• Support team with additional tasks as needed
