Quest Management Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support property operations and upkeep on-site. The role involves maintaining the buildings and grounds, preparing vacant units for occupancy, and ensuring safety and professional appearance at all times.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in multifamily maintenance, with strong HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall, and carpentry skills. Availability for on-call duties and a commitment to ongoing safety are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of multifamily property maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and appliance repairs.

Responsabilités

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, doors, locks and fixtures.
• Carry out daily upkeep of the property and vacant unit prep.
• Maintain property grounds and inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Report unusual circumstances and maintain professional appearance and safety standards.
