Qualifications

• 1+ year of related maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, basic electrical, carpentry, painting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare make-ready apartments including painting and cleaning.
• Respond promptly to resident requests with professionalism.
• Perform maintenance tasks across plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry.
• Maintain grounds and common areas to ensure safety.
• On-call for after-hours emergencies as needed.

Valid Driver's license

EPA 608 Type II

CPO or local city certificate

Education
