Roers Companies seeks a Maintenance Technician to perform general upkeep on multifamily properties, including repairs in electrical, plumbing, and appliances, and to assist with unit turns. The role requires strong communication with managers and residents, punctuality, and the ability to work evenings or weekends on a rotating on-call schedule.

Applicants should have a High School Diploma or GED and 2+ years in property maintenance, plus 2+ years in customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years property maintenance experience preferred (apartment maintenance).
• 2+ years customer service experience preferred.
• Own hand tools listed in requirements.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Responsabilités

• General maintenance of multifamily properties, including occupied units.
• Repairs in electrical, plumbing and appliances.
• Assist with unit turns including cleaning and painting.
• Snow removal and routine upkeep.
• Communicate professionally with managers and residents.
• Participate in on-call rotation; respond after hours/weekends.
