Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician for its College Station property. You will assist in carrying out maintenance including corrective, preventive, routine and cosmetic tasks under supervision, ensuring safe operations and timely make-ready of units.

Daily responsibilities include responding to resident requests, inspecting grounds, maintaining pools and records, and supporting the Maintenance Supervisor.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident and management requests and work orders promptly.
• Carry out corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance.
• Assist with the make-ready process in line with operating objectives.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and common areas daily for hazards and safety concerns.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program to extend life of the community.
• Keep maintenance shop organized and comply with safety standards.
