Job summary

The position requires a High School Diploma or GED and 2+ years in property maintenance, with preference for supervisory experience and local market knowledge. On-call after hours and weekends are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years property maintenance experience.
• 2+ years customer service experience preferred.
• Own hand tools: screwdriver, pliers, drill, level, tape measure, etc.
• Experience supervising maintenance staff preferred.
• Local market experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and show strong time management.
• Willingness to work weekend and after-hours on-call.

Responsibilities

• General maintenance of multifamily buildings, including occupied units.
• Supervise future maintenance technicians.
• Perform repairs in electrical, plumbing and appliances.
• Assist with cleaning and painting during unit turns.
• Snow removal and seasonal tasks.
• Maintain professional communications with managers, maintenance staff and residents.
• Respond to emergency calls after hours and on weekends.
