Responsibilities

• Prepare make ready apartments for new residents.
• Respond to resident requests in a professional manner.
• Perform maintenance as scheduled by the Maintenance Supervisor.

Skills

Knowledge of maintenance functions such as plumbing, HVAC, basic electric

Ability to deliver superior customer service

Valid Driver's license, EPA 608 certification

Basic carpentry skills

Ability to maintain grounds and common areas

Education

High School Diploma or GED
