Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR in Savannah, GA seeks a Maintenance Technician to keep our apartment communities safe and well‑operated. Perform routine and preventive maintenance and troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliances.

You will manage unit turns, record repairs and parts, and respond quickly to failures. EPA and CPO certifications are required; weekend/on‑call rotations may apply; safety is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a maintenance technician in apartment communities.
• Hands-on repair capabilities across appliances, HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing and electrical systems.
• Experience with property maintenance and preventative maintenance programs.
• EPA certification and CPO certification required.
• Weekend scheduling and on-call rotations may be required.

• Apartment unit work orders and turns
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used to ensure compliance and facilitate future servicing
• Respond promptly to equipment failures or system malfunctions to minimize downtime and operational disruptions
• Respond to emergency on calls promptly and efficiently

Experience

• Proven experience as a service or maintenance technician; in an apartment community environment highly
• Strong maintenance knowledge with hands‑on experience in appliance repair, HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing and electrical systems
• Experience in property maintenance is required
• EPA certification is required
• CPO certification is
• Weekend scheduling and Emergency on call roations is required
• Knowledge of safety protocols related to mechanical work and equipment handling
