Job summary

Brookside Properties, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team in Savannah. You will perform routine and emergency maintenance for multifamily buildings, grounds, and amenities, ensuring timely service for residents.

Qualified candidates have a HS diploma or GED, 1–2 years of maintenance experience (multifamily preferred), and HVAC/EC certification preferences. Strong communication and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of maintenance experience (multifamily preferred).
• HVAC experience; EPA Type II or Universal certification preferred.
• CPO and swimming pool experience a plus.
• Proficiency in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and building systems.
• Ability to respond to after-hours emergencies.
• Basic tools and reliable transportation required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance for buildings, grounds, and amenities.
• Complete service requests and prepare apartments for new residents.
• Manage maintenance inventory and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
