Job summary

Brookside Properties in Savannah, GA is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine and emergency maintenance for multifamily communities. You will handle building systems, respond to requests, and prepare apartments for new residents.

Ideal candidates have 1-2 years of maintenance experience, HVAC with EPA Type II or Universal preferred, and strong communication. Must have basic tools and reliable transportation; after-hours availability a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of maintenance experience, multifamily preferred.
• HVAC experience with EPA Type II or Universal preferred.
• CPO and swimming pool experience a plus.
• Proficiency in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry and building systems.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies when needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance for buildings, grounds and amenities.
• Complete service requests and prepare apartments for new residents.
• Manage maintenance inventory and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
