YMP Real Estate Management, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to handle day-to-day maintenance, repairs, and make-ready tasks at a 200+ unit Class C multifamily community. You will perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance and carpentry work, while maintaining accurate records in Yardi Voyager 8 and coordinating with management and ownership during weekly visits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as a maintenance tech in property management preferred.
• Hands-on skills in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.
• Experience with Yardi Voyager 8 is a plus.
• EPA/HVAC certifications are preferred.

Responsabilités

• Walk units before move-out to assess condition and document damages.
• Manage make-ready process, punch-lists, painting, cleaning coordination, and final inspection.
• Create and close detailed work orders in Yardi Voyager 8.
• Perform skilled trades including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, and carpentry repairs.
• Coordinate with Property Manager/Regional Facilities Manager and owners during property visits.
• Provide responsive resident service and follow-up on requests.
