Job summary

YMP Real Estate Management, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a Class C multifamily community in West Palm Beach, FL. You will perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair, and carpentry, while using Yardi Voyager 8 for move-outs, make-readies, and work orders.

You must have 3+ years of maintenance experience in property management, EPA certification preferred, and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent is required.
• 3+ years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in property management.
• Experience at Class C properties with workforce housing and Section 8 residents.
• Hands-on skills in painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.

Responsibilities

• Move-out/in inspections and documentation with photos in real-time.
• Create and close detailed work orders in Yardi Voyager 8.
• Perform skilled trades including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and painting.
• Coordinate and complete make-ready processes and resident service requests.
