Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of multi-family or commercial maintenance experience (preferred).
• EPA Sec 608 Certification required (Type I plus Type II or Type Universal).

Responsibilities

• Oversee the physical property and perform general maintenance repairs.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and participate in construction or rehabilitation projects.
• Handle grounds keeping and onsite amenities upkeep; respond to on-call/after-hours emergencies.
• Assist with the make-ready process under supervision of Lead Technician and Community Manager.
• Adhere to Fair Housing and OSHA regulations and ensure safety protocols are followed.
