Job summary

Morgan Group is seeking a skilled maintenance professional in Cedar Park, TX to monitor building systems, perform preventive maintenance, and respond to service requests in a timely manner.

The role emphasizes safety, OSHA compliance, and reliable operation of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and related systems for our multifamily properties. Collaboration with on-site teams and vendors is essential.

Qualifications

• 3 years of maintenance experience in property management or related field.
• EPA Certification required; CPO preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems.
• Ability to interpret safety standards and OSHA guidelines.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to MORGAN’s Maintenance, Emergency Procedures, Leasing and Marketing, Management and Operations, manuals along with the Team Member Handbook.
• Monitor building systems, fire, electrical, security, elevators, etc. Report all unsafe areas to Lead Maintenance.
• Constantly inspect the community and report hazards to the Lead Maintenance.
• Conduct all work in compliance with OSHA and the MORGAN Operations manual.
• Maintain a workplace that adheres to safety standards.
• Maintain flammable and hazardous materials in a safe and secure area.
• Assist to maintain all common areas.
• Assist a preventive maintenance program for all building interiors and exteriors including pools, fitness equip. HVAC systems, lighting, etc.
• Respond to all service requests within 24 hours.
• Ensure that all vacant units are market ready within 7 days.
• Assist to maintain a proper inventory of tools and supplies to maintain property and consistent with property budget.
• Maintain a safe and secure area for property tools and supplies by keeping the area neat and organized on a daily basis.
• Comply with all training requirements set forth for this position.
• Perform all Essential Job Functions of Maintenance Job Descriptions as business dictates.
• Build relationships with all associates in your respective department and with key associates across other departments at MORGAN with whom you’ll be collaborating, including on-site property management personnel.
