The Morgan Group is seeking a dedicated maintenance-focused team member to support our Houston properties. You will perform routine maintenance, respond to service requests, and help keep grounds and common areas in top condition. This role emphasizes safety, reliability, and teamwork.

You will work on-site at our multifamily communities in Houston, with opportunities to learn, grow, and advance within our maintenance teams and property management operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in property maintenance or trades preferred.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Physical ability for outdoor work in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to maintenance procedures and safety rules.
• Keep grounds and common areas clean and safe.
• Complete service requests and repairs promptly and safely.
• Inspect property for hazards and report as needed.
• Clean parking areas, walkways, and entryways regularly.
• Assist with turnover tasks and basic maintenance/repairs.
