Qualifications

• Adhere to MORGAN’s Maintenance manuals and Team Member Handbook.
• Monitor building systems (fire, electrical, security, elevators) and report hazards.
• Maintain safety standards and OSHA compliance on site.
• Follow procedures for safe handling of tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the community and report hazards to the Lead Maintenance.
• Respond to service requests within 24 hours and ensure timely completion.
• Keep vacant units market ready within 7 days.
• Maintain inventory of tools and supplies and keep area organized.
