Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year general maintenance and safety experience.
• Basic computer skills to perform job functions.
• Manual, task-oriented work under direct supervision.
• High School or GED is a plus.
• Working knowledge of HVAC.
• Must provide own industry-specific hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist with repairs and make-ready tasks to restore units to move-in condition.
• Troubleshoot HVAC and perform preventive maintenance per BH standards.
• Identify and report hazardous conditions to management.
• Follow BH safety guidelines and keep tools secured.
• Assist with on-site construction or rehabilitation projects.
• Support on-call rotation and respond to resident requests.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
