Job summary

BH Management, LLC is seeking a Service Technician I to assist in maintaining the property and ensuring resident satisfaction. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, support make-readies, and help with preventive maintenance and small construction projects while upholding safety and quality standards.

The role requires basic computer skills, 6 months to 1 year in maintenance, and being able to provide your own hand tools.

Qualifications

• Six months to one-year general maintenance and safety experience.
• Basic computer skills required to perform job functions.
• Regularly performs manual, task-oriented work under direct supervision.
• High School or GED preferred.
• Working knowledge of HVAC.
• Required to provide own (industry specific) hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist with oversight of physical assets and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Diagnose problems and perform general repairs as needed.
• Assist with apartment make-readies and preventive maintenance.
• Support construction or rehabilitation projects for the property.
• Exhibit professional conduct and safety compliance per OSHA and internal policies.
• Communicate hazards and follow established safety guidelines.
