Job summary

BH Management, LLC is seeking a Service Technician I to help oversee property assets and enhance resident satisfaction. You will diagnose problems, perform general repairs, and assist with apartment make-readies.

Qualifications include 6–12 months in maintenance, basic computer skills, and HVAC familiarity. You must provide your own hand tools and work under supervision in a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Six months to one year of general maintenance and safety experience.
• High School or GED (General Education Diploma) is a plus.
• Working knowledge of HVAC and basic computer skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Uses industry-specific technology to complete repairs and make-readies to move-in ready condition.
• Maintains exterior grounds and common areas; troubleshoots HVAC as needed.
• Identifies and reports hazards to supervisor and ensures safety standards are followed.
• Supports preventive maintenance programs and documents activities.
• Maintains security and proper use of all tool inventory.
• Responds to resident requests per company standards and participates in on-call rotation.
