Job summary

BH Management, LLC is seeking a Service Technician II to support the oversight of property assets and ensure resident satisfaction at our multifamily communities. You will diagnose problems and perform repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, and appliances, and assist with make-readies and preventive maintenance.

Minimum of two years in maintenance and safety, intermediate computer skills, and a High School diploma are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of general maintenance and safety experience.
• High School diploma preferred.
• Intermediate computer skills with industry software.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize tasks using industry technology with supervision from Community/Service Manager.
• Complete maintenance requests and make-readies within company standards.
• Identify hazards and report to management per OSHA guidelines.
• Maintain and secure property-issued tools and participate in on-call rotations.
