Job summary

Foresight Asset Management, LLC is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to keep our properties safe, attractive, and fully functional for residents. You will diagnose and repair appliances, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry while supporting preventative maintenance.

Collaboration with management, vendors, and residents is essential. You will work under the Maintenance Lead, manage service requests, assist with budgeting and purchasing, and uphold safety practices across all sites.

Qualifications

• EPA Certification, Type I and II.
• Valid driver's license and current automobile insurance.
• Other licenses and certifications as required by state and federal law.
• Ability to work any day of the week, 52 weeks per year, including overtime and on-call shifts.
• Strong verbal communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to operate general maintenance equipment and tools safely.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair major appliances, HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and grounds maintenance.
• Assist Maintenance Lead with budget adherence, bids, and purchasing supplies.
• Maintain records of service requests and maintenance activities.
• Inspect property features to ensure safety and curb appeal.
• Provide exceptional customer service and engage with residents, vendors, and staff.
