Job summary

Foresight Asset Management, LLC is seeking a hands‑on Maintenance Technician to keep multifamily properties safe, attractive, and fully operational for residents. You will work under the Maintenance Lead, performing repairs, preventive maintenance, and turnover tasks while coordinating with residents, vendors, and staff.

You will also assist with budgeting, bidding, inventory, and recordkeeping, and you will participate in safety training to promote a culture of safety across properties.

Qualifications

• EPA Certification, Type I and II.
• Valid driver's license and current automobile insurance.
• Ability to work any day, overtime and on-call shifts.
• Strong verbal communication, customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to operate general maintenance equipment and tools safely.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair major appliances, HVAC, basic plumbing and electrical work.
• Assist with turnkey operations to prepare vacant units for rent-ready status.
• Maintain preventative maintenance programs to preserve property condition.
• Inspect grounds and buildings to ensure safety and minimize risk.
• Assist Maintenance Lead with budget adherence and obtaining bids.
• Monitor inventory levels and purchase supplies through standard procedures.
• Participate in trainings and maintain accurate service records.
• Communicate with residents, vendors and supervisors to ensure high service levels.
